Junior Business Analyst

Tasks

The Junior Business Analyst supports data-driven decision-making by analyzing sales, and market trends. This role involves assisting in inventory optimization, pricing strategies, and process improvements to enhance efficiency in the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data and inventory data to identify trends.
• Create reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI.
• Support demand forecasting and inventory management as well as team performance tracking.
• Research market trends and competitor pricing.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to optimize business processes.
• Document business processes and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of demand forecasting and inventory management concepts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Speaking Mandarin is considered a big plus.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP).
