The employer is a European operating organization with a large branch in Haarlem, among others. Due to their broad clientele in both IT and Business, they are looking for an All-round Human Resources Employee (m/f) who wants to work full-time at their branch in Haarlem.
The Junior Medior HR Assistant; A motivated Human Resources Employee (m/f) for 40 hours per week that can speak Dutch at minimum B2 level. The HR Employee is the linchpin of the department, must be able to switch quickly and not shy away from working in a hectic environment. Preferably you have approximately a few years of experience as an HR/P&O employee and are an honest, open and social person. You do not shy away from hard work, are flexible and have a no-nonsense attitude.
General activities of the HR Assistant (m/f);
-Personnel administration in department systems (e.g. payroll) to ensure that employee data is maintained.
-Regularly prepares standard employee reports for the HR team/business/finance.
-Provides data to external agencies as required (e.g. compliance checks, statistical reports for the government).
-Keep personal files up-to-date, prepare documents to confirm changes, such as promotions, working hours, etc.
-Partner with HR to identify, recommend and implement solutions to streamline administrative workload and increase HR efficiency.
-Keep track of vacation hours and expenses.
-Maintain sick leave hours with company doctor for reporting to UWV.
-Point of contact for managers and employees (for example on policies, procedures and labor laws).
-Involvement in recruitment processes.
-Assist in drawing up offer letters, contracts, new rental programs, etc.
-Maintain HR recruitment database.
-Provide support with general administrative processes.
The required skills of the HR Assistant (m/f)
-Fluent in English written and spoken/ and the Dutch language at minimum B2 level;
-You have approximately a few years of experience as an HR Employee;
-Preferably a degree in Human Resource Management or communication;
-Good knowledge of labor law and personnel administration;
-Available for 40 hours per week;
-Good communication skills;
-A structured way of working;
-A proactive attitude;
