Your Role

As an Administrative HR Employee, you will be responsible for the following operational tasks:

Responding to HR-related inquiries: Provide support to employees and management in correctly applying HR processes and guidelines, involving colleagues when necessary, and monitoring the progress of these inquiries.

Maintaining and verifying personnel data: Update, check, and correct personnel information in relevant systems, and supply various reports upon request.

Preparing and reviewing employment contracts and letters: Draft, compose, and/or verify employment agreements and related correspondence.

Assessing personnel needs: Assist in evaluating current and future staffing requirements, and advise and support (line) management regarding employee recruitment, development, and departures.

Implementing health and absenteeism protocols: Execute occupational health and absenteeism policies, maintain related records and systems, and act as the point of contact for the occupational health service and stakeholders concerning specific cases.

Handling incoming calls: Receive, screen, and manage incoming telephone calls.
Your Profile
You are enterprising, precise, and eager to take initiative. When faced with a problem, you see it as a challenge and do everything possible to find a solution.
What you bring:

MBO or HBO degree in Human Resources or a related field

At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment.

Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

Availability of 40 hours per week (full-time position).

Knowledge of SAP HR is a plus.

Proactive attitude: You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
