We are looking for a Global Project Lead Digital Experience Optimization who will be responsible for overseeing and implementing strategies to enhance the user experience and performance of our app on a global scale. This role will work across regions and with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified, high-quality app experience that aligns with both local and global business objectives. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI, project management, and mobile commerce, with a focus on creating seamless, customer-centered digital experiences. In this position you will be Netherlands-based and travel across Europe will be needed. Some of your key responsibilities will be to:
- Define and execute a global strategy for the digital experience optimization, aligning with company goals to enhance user satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Ensure consistent user experience standards are upheld across all regions, while also allowing for localized adjustments to meet specific market needs.
- Lead app optimization projects from planning through execution, coordinating with product, design, tech, and regional teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Work closely with local e-commerce and digital teams to understand regional requirements and incorporate them into the global app experience strategy.
- Act as a liaison between global and regional teams, sharing best practices, insights, and innovations to foster a cohesive and efficient approach to app optimization.
- Lead UX/UI improvements within the app, conducting user research, analyzing customer feedback, and identifying pain points to create a more intuitive and enjoyable user experience.
- Monitor app performance metrics, such as engagement, conversion rates, retention rates, and customer satisfaction, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for executive leadership, highlighting project progress, key achievements, and areas for further enhancement.
Your Profile
To be successful in this job you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Project Management, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in digital project management, UX/UI, or mobile app optimization, ideally in a global role.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, A/B testing, and app analytics.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with cross-functional and international teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in UX/UI design principles and best practices, with a portfolio showcasing successful optimization projects
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Knowledge of design and prototyping
