Managed Services Program Manager
We are seeking an experienced Managed Services Program Manager to lead the program management of the VMware line of business. Reporting to the Sales Director, this role will be responsible for defining and executing channel programs, defining business development axes and coordinating their execution in collaboration with marketing and regional activity leaders. The Managed Services Program Manager will lead a small team responsible for the operationalization of the programs, working closely with stakeholders, and internal teams to maintain a competitive edge.
What will you be doing at Arrow?
- You will be responsible for defining and implementing channel programs for supporting the development and profitability of VMware partners
- Define strategies and business development plans to drive sales and market growth for VMware solutions
- Ensure the coordination of the execution of sales growth plans
- Lead stakeholder management sessions and keep various management involved by maintaining open lines of communication
- Collaborate with the sales team, across geos to understand business trends and forecast
- Provide market intelligence; evaluate, develop, and manage market specific sales strategies and new strategic business opportunities.
- Collaborate with global marketing for building and supporting the execution of marketing plans that are aligned with go-to-market plans
- Monitor the deployment of channel programs and go-to-market actions against set KPI's, and take corrective actions
- Ensure the sales and technical teams across geos are enabled with the go-to-market strategy
- You have 10+ years of experience in channel program management as well as planning, directing, and executing a go-to-market strategy in the IT industry
- Effective communication with people at all levels
