Wat ga jij doen als (Junior) Product Adoption Specialist?
As a (Junior) Product Adoption Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful deployment and expansion of our digital platform(s). You will work on in-house digital tool that enables KPMG to craft engaging and interactive digital experiences, staying aligned with the latest technology trends in AI and web design. Your responsibilities will include facilitating adoption of the tool, engaging stakeholders, and supporting communication and knowledge-sharing initiatives to ensure we capitalize on increasing interest from our (global) KPMG network. Additionally, you will contribute to the ongoing product development activities of the tool while working on expanding its adoption across KPMG firms worldwide
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for growth: Confidently identify and pursue opportunities for platform expansion.
- Facilitate adoption: Drive the successful deployment and adoption of the platform across KPMG network.
- Demonstration & Introduction calls: Set up and conduct demonstration or introduction calls to showcase the platform's capabilities to potential users.
- Hands-on support and training: Provide hands-on support and training to users or business teams to ensure effective utilization and adoption of the platform.
- Stakeholder communication: Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders to address their needs and ensure engagement.
- Communication channel management: Manage and upkeep communication channels, including our Community of practitioners, Resource Hub and periodic Newsletter. Affinity with graphic design and relevant design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Figma) are a plus.
- Contribution to development activities: Support business team with operational activities related to the product's development, including providing input for new functionalities based on user needs, communicating with engineering team on identified errors, bugs or issues.
- Marketing support: Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns related to the platform, including creating content and promoting the platform to potential users and other relevant stakeholders.

- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in fields related to digital or tech (consultancy), digital product development, marketing, business or any other relevant field.
- Education: Master's degree in fields such as: Business Administration, Marketing & Communications, Digital Media, Information Technology, Product Management/Product Development, Digital & Technology Innovation.
- Technical skills: Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and digital tools.
- Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Interpersonal skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and proactively address challenges.

- Gross salary between € 2,700,- and € 4,500,- month depending on your work experience, performance bonus, a fixed expense allowance, and a working from home allowance of €2.40 per working day.
