The role: Facebook Media Buyer
As a Facebook Media Buyer, you are responsible for the full process of paid social campaigns. From brainstorming angles to writing copy, managing designers, testing creatives, and analyzing results, you take ownership of everything running on Facebook.
You'll work with large datasets, first-party audiences, and a structured testing strategy. In this role, it's essential not only to manage ad accounts, but also to understand how to deliver the message, think creatively, and act quickly when results fall short.
Together with the team, you'll work on scaling campaigns that are truly profitable. You'll use your sense of data and marketing psychology to turn traffic into valuable leads and conversions.
What we need from you as a Facebook Media Buyer:
- Experience with creative concepts and copywriting is a plus
- Bachelor's/Master's level of education
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion analysis, and budget management
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
- You are proactive, analytical, and have a commercial mindset
- You can independently run campaigns and collaborate within a close-knit team
- You live in (or near) Amsterdam and are available to work full-time from the office
- Hands-on mentality
- Money mindset
- Affinity with video editing tools such as CapCut
- Experience with greyhat strategies or an open mindset toward them
