As a Call Centre Consultant at Rabobank, you'll provide exceptional support to our clients - both our Online Savings customers and our Agribusiness clients across Australia and New Zealand.

As a Call Centre Consultant at Rabobank, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Customer Support
: Provide positive assistance to our Online Savings customers and Agribusiness clients via phone, email, and other communications.Communication

Working Hours
Enjoy a balanced work-life with our rotating roster between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday. With a 37.5-hour regular week, you can say goodbye to weekend and graveyard shifts!
Candidates will be required to work onsite for the first six months to participate in our comprehensive training program.
About you
It's not essential to have worked in a call centre before however, or to have banking / finance experience - we have excellent training which can support you with that. What we are looking for is an exceptional customer focus, passion and a great attitude.
In addition to taking calls, part of the role will also involve responding to emails and other communications.
To thrive in this role, you'll demonstrate:
