Tasks

Responsible for directing the food preparation process,by using traditional technique and high-quality food ingredients and maintaining the high standards that our customers have come to expect.

Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate and streamline food production to contribute to the overall restaurant's success.

Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and follow Health &Safety guidelines by promoting a safe work environment for both, staff and customers.

Ensuring the consistency of our dishes offerings by following established recipes and methods.
