We are now seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our Benelux management team in Brussels or Houten.
Your Impactful Role:
As a Sales Manager at Arrow, you will spearhead your team's efforts to achieve profitability and growth goals aligned with our company vision. You will be a key representative of your team, both internally and externally, ensuring excellence from vendor and customer perspectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Inspire and manage the sales team, setting strategic objectives and prioritizing team efforts. Engage in recruitment, training, and development, offering continuous performance coaching.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Drive your team to meet targets while maintaining strategic relationships with key customers and suppliers. Guide your team through field sales and supplier reviews, leveraging data for strategic decisions and leading value-added sales opportunities.
- Customer & Vendor Relationships: Enhance Arrow's reputation by delivering exceptional service and efficiency. Build a strong management presence with customers, solving problems effectively, and ensuring communication with senior-level stakeholders.
- Operational Improvements: Implement strategic improvements, managing team effectiveness and accurately forecasting sales opportunities.
- Bachelor's or master's degree or extensive market experience.
- 8+ years in electronic components sales.
- Native-level Dutch and strong English skills; French skills required based on location.
- Preferred technical background with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Resilient, ambitious, and customer-oriented with a passion for travel and customer engagement.
- A team player eager to be the "trusted advisor" for customers and suppliers.
