Responsibilities:

• Supplier engagement: onboard new suppliers and support contract negotiations to enhance our MSP program.
• Relationship management: cultivate and maintain strong connections with key suppliers, ensuring a reliable network.
• Risk assessment: identify and mitigate supply chain risks through comprehensive data analysis.
• Performance optimization: evaluate and uplift supplier performance using scorecards and targeted coaching.
• Audit coordination: manage supplier audits and report findings in collaboration with the PMO team.

• HBO degree with 2-5 years relevant experience
• Proven supplier management and recruitment skills
• Knowledge of procurement and contract management
• Stakeholder management and influencing abilities
• Must be fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus
