The Role: Digital Campaign Marketer
As a Digital Campaign Marketer, you will be responsible for attracting new customers and leads through various digital channels. You will develop and implement effective online campaigns, optimizing the company's digital marketing strategy to expand the customer base and strengthen brand awareness.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Using SEO, SEA, social media, and display advertising to reach target audiences at the right time and through the right channels.
- Designing and executing effective email marketing campaigns. You will create engaging content and automate customer journeys within CRM platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or ActiveCampaign to optimize interactions and boost conversions.
- Continuously analyzing data to improve lead generation. You will utilize tools like Google Ads, conversion tracking, and A/B testing to monitor performance and refine strategies.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to create content that strengthens the brand's positioning and meets the needs of the target audience.
This role has a strong B2B marketing focus, but the manager is also open to B2C perspectives-so don't worry if your experience isn't purely B2B!
What You Bring as a Digital Campaign Marketer
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and email campaigns, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign).
- Experience with conversion optimization and performance marketing to maximize campaign ROI.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
