MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Helping guests and creating positive experiences
Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way
Manage all bills and payments correctly
Promote and support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
Supporting other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders
Examples of supporting tasks
Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way
Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas
Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
Experience within the service industry
Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
Personal experience of travel and travel industry
PERSONALITY
Have high energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude
Good with people and enjoy chatting with guests
Skilled multitasker who can balance hard work with great service
Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus!)
