- 4-6 years of relevant work experience, supported by a degree in computer science, information technology, data science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python/PySpark, with expertise in advanced data manipulation, transformation, and automation.
- Extensive experience with Kimball Data Modeling and Data Warehousing methodologies, ensuring the design of scalable and robust data systems.
- Hands-on experience with Azure ETL tools and big data technologies, preferably Databricks, for efficient data integration and processing.
- Skilled in version control (GIT) and setting up CI/CD pipelines, ideally using Azure DevOps or the Azure Stack platform.
- Familiarity with hospitality systems, including property management systems (PMS), point-of-sale (POS) systems, booking engines, and integrations with CRM and ERP platforms.
- Knowledge of hospitality-specific use cases, such as revenue management, customer personalization, and operational efficiency improvements.
- Experience in designing and implementing data solutions in complex and dynamic business environments.
- Proven ability to collaborate with external vendors, ensuring their deliverables align with business objectives and technical standards.
