As Head Chef of the General Kitchen at Pillows Maurits at the Park, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless execution of all culinary services beyond our signature restaurants. You'll oversee and elevate the quality of the following:
Banqueting for events and meetings
Breakfast service, offering guests the perfect start to their day
High-quality bites for Fitz's Bar
Staff meals, ensuring a motivated and energized team
Pastry production, adding finesse to every sweet creation
Room service, providing guests with an exceptional in-room dining experience
You'll also work hand-in-hand with renowned chefs Floris van Straalen (VanOost Restaurant) and Luigi Di Benedetto (Spring Café Brasserie), forming a top-tier culinary team that embodies the ambition and excellence of Pillows Maurits at the Park.
