THE JOB
As the Resort Manager of Basecamp Amsterdam, you are responsible for the daily operations and continuous innovation of the resort. You oversee multiple operational departments, including front office, bar, kitchen, meetings & events, maintenance, greenkeeping, housekeeping, administration, marketing, and HR. Simply put—you are at the heart of everything happening at the resort.
With a helicopter view of all activities, you step in where needed, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience. You will lead a passionate, young team, motivating them to deliver with joy and ensuring guests feel at home. You report to Richard, Basecamp’s COO, and will receive support from Basecamp’s Operational Management Team to help you grow in your role.

THE OFFER

Contract: Full-time position (38hr)
