As a Customer Service & Planning Employee at GEODIS in Venlo, you are the first point of contact for customers and ensure an efficient transport process. Do you want to work at an international logistics company where no day is the same? Then read on! Good work!As a Customer Service & Planning Employee, you are responsible for coordinating transport and logistics processes. You receive drivers and ensure the correct administrative handling of incoming and outgoing goods, including customs documents. In addition, you are in daily contact with customers to inform them about the status of their shipments and provide advice on the best transport solutions. You work closely with the planning department to ensure a smooth logistics process.
Your responsibilities:
- First point of contact for customers and drivers for transport and logistics questions
- Administrative processing of transport documents.
- Planning and coordinating incoming and outgoing goods
- Informing and advising customers about transport options
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure an efficient workflow
Working hours & Working days:
✅ Working days: Monday to Friday
✅ Flexible working hours between 08:00 - 18:00
✅ Full-time: 40 hours per week

- Experience in logistics, transport or commercial administration
- Good knowledge of logistics systems and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong communication skills in English (German or Dutch is a plus)
- Customer-oriented, solution-oriented and accurate in administration
- Gross hourly wage of €16.64 per hour
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (from 10 km, max. 35 km one way)
