Do you have an eye for detail and do you like working with plants? As a Pollinator at Rijk Zwaan you play an important role in the pollination process of vegetable seeds such as tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers. As a Pollinator, you work in a greenhouse environment and are responsible for manually pollinating plants. You will remove flower stigmas, ensure proper fertilization and perform quality checks on tomato, cucumber and bell pepper seeds. You also perform light greenhouse work such as tending plants and adhering to hygiene regulations. This is a light but precise job that requires great attention to detail.

Your responsibilities:

• Pollinate plants and remove flower stigmas
• Checking and recording the quality of seeds
• Perform light greenhouse work and plant care
• Work according to hygiene and food safety regulations
• Assist with other tasks within the greenhouse

Working Hours & Working Days:

✅ Work Days: Monday through Friday (sometimes Saturday in peak season)

✅ Working hours: 06:00 - 16:00 (depending on the season)

✅ Full-time: 36 - 38 hours per week

✅ Overtime possible with bonuses up to 200%.

• Experience with pollinating or greenhouse work is a plus, but not required
• Good command of the English or/and Dutch language
• Physically fit (lots of standing work and light physical exertion)
• Ability to work independently and accurately
• Own transport and accommodation

• Gross hourly wage of €15,72
• Travel allowance of €0,23 per km (from 1 km)
• Overtime bonuses up to 200
