Your new job: Program Manager Teamlead - Customer Experience

In this position you will act as a true Program Leader and play a key role in the continuous improvement of EMEA-wide Operations and Customer Experience. This will be achieved through the management of various projects related to Payments, Compliance and Anti Money Laundering (AML) as part of a newly established team dedicated to customer identity and safety on the platform.

The projects themselves will have a wide range, spanning from product and tool rollouts, policy or operational changes and creation of governance models. This will be done in collaboration with a wide range of functional stakeholders while maintaining a customer centric view at all times. Your analytical acumen, combined with thought leadership will play a crucial role in the success of this team.

Aside from the projects you will be responsible for managing a team of multiple talented program specialists. You will be coaching in their operations and enabling them in their personal development and impact on the business. You yourself will be reporting directly to the Head of Risk and Payments.

What do we need from you: 

As the latest and greatest Program Manager Teamlead (Location Amsterdam), we need the following from you:

• 6+ years of Management experience in Support Operations, Policy Deployment and/or Project Management with prior hands-on experience
• Strong strategic program- and stakeholder management skills
• The ability articulate complex processes in a structured manner
• A customer driven mindset
• You are able to commute to the office in Amsterdam
