Are you a Financial expert with a passion for Telecom? And do you want to play a key role in setting up and managing financial processes, base management, and revenue share models? Then we are looking for you!
We are looking for a Financial Manager within our Services & Solutions department. As our new colleague you will be responsible for developing and optimizing all financial processes, you will work closely with Sales, Operations, and external partners to establish a solid financial foundation and maximize the profitability of our Telecom activities. In this position you will be a strategic sparring partner for management and help make data-driven decisions. Furthermore you will be responsible for:
- Managing and optimizing our financial processes within the Telecom department.
- Setting up and managing our base management strategies for Telecom subscriptions and other recurring revenue models.
- Developing revenue share models and financial structures that contribute to sustainable growth.
- Analyzing and reporting on financial KPIs, including revenue, margin, costs, and churn.
- Financial forecasting and budgeting to support commercial and operational teams.
- Contract management and cost analysis of partnerships within the Telecom industry.
- Improving financial automation to make reporting more efficient and accurate.
- Propoer sstakeholder management within the organization and with external partners.
Your Profile
- Proven track record in a similar Financial role with a strong focus on Telecom, subscription models, or recurring revenue.
- Experience with base management, revenue share structures, and contract analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial models, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Excellent Excel skills and knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey financial insights to both finance and non-finance teams.
- In depth knowledge of the Telecom industry is an advantage.
- Dutch and English language skills are required for this position.
