Forklift Driver

You will work at ROCKWOOL in Roermond, the world's largest producer of stone wool solutions. The company is easily accessible by car, and there are free parking spaces available. Around 1,200 people work in Roermond, and you will be part of a close-knit team of 10 to 15 colleagues. You will have your own team leader and work closely together.

As a forklift driver at ROCKWOOL in Roermond, you ensure that orders arrive on time and in good condition at customer locations. You earn a very good salary of €23.36 gross per hour, including shift allowances.

You will use the forklift to gather orders and prepare them for shipment. You check to ensure everything is complete and properly protected for transport. Afterward, you load the orders onto trucks. You will also unload incoming materials and verify everything is correct.

Safety is a top priority in your work. You follow ROCKWOOL's guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace. You work well with your colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly. You work 40 hours per week in a 5-shift schedule. You will work 2 days early shift, 2 days late shift, and 2 night shifts, followed by 4 days off to rest.

• You have a valid forklift certificate and at least one year of experience as a forklift driver, so you can start right away.
• You are available full-time for a 5-shift schedule, which is necessary to keep production running.
• You speak and write good Dutch, allowing you to communicate well with your colleagues and work safely.
