Do you have an eye for detail and excel in organization? Are you looking for a temporary challenge (4-6 months) where you can apply your skills in logistics and process optimization? Then this position as a Warehouse Operations Specialist is perfect for you!
What will you be doing?
In this role, you will be the driving force behind the efficiency of our warehouse. You will have full control over the movement of materials and ensure everything runs smoothly. From monitoring inventory to solving process issues and advising other departments – your work will have a direct impact on the success of the organization. You will also play a crucial role in the implementation of our new Warehouse Management System (WMS) – Manhattan.
Your responsibilities:
- Perform cyclical counts and check empty locations, both planned and ad hoc.
- Resolve inventory and process errors.
- Manage efficient methods for moving materials.
- Analyze and report KPI data, such as inventory and location information.
- Solve issues with inventory, deliveries, or sales orders, and support customer service.
- Propose improvements for processes and procedures to maintain inventory integrity.
- Ensure compliance with quality requirements, safety standards (such as ISO), and work instructions.
- Actively contribute to the implementation of our new Warehouse Management System (WMS) – Manhattan.

- With your flexible and energetic attitude, you communicate effectively and never miss an opportunity. You are results-driven, with a keen eye for detail, and know exactly how to achieve your goals using KPIs.
- You quickly identify problems and address them promptly.
- You are willing to learn to operate a reach truck and man-up truck, or you already have this skill.
- You have completed an MBO+ or bachelor's degree in Logistics or Transport. Experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Additionally, you are familiar with systems such as SAP (ERP), Microsoft Office, and preferably WMS (e.g., Manhattan).
- Knowledge of the English language is required, and knowledge of German or Dutch is a nice bonus.
