We e.g. Provide insight & oversight, offer inspirational content and maximize digital self-service. We do this by using cutting edge technology, collecting core data business insights and by working closely together with all Business Units.

Adviseur.nn.nl is used million times a year by our brokers and an enabler for the vast majority of NN's turnover via the broker distribution channel.

What you are going to do

As a Business Analyst you love working with data and will be working in very close cooperation with the Product Manager and the Business Manager for adviseur.nn.nl. You will provide insights and analysis on a tactical level regarding the developments on our portals. This can also relate to external developments or the effects our portals have on increasing self-service. Furthermore you monitor and provide input on the license to operate requirements of our portals.

As a Business Analyst you will furthermore be responsible for:

• Contributing to the development of adviseur.nn.nl and the business planning process including our license to operate by using data insights
• Collecting, judging on functionality and technical practicability and translating business requirements and needs in big data in specific/ concrete assignments
• Collecting, analyzing and assessing external data for further data usage which can help further improve our portals
• Pro-actively design, set-up, evaluate and further develop supporting systems, methods and techniques including building and analyzing databases and dashboards
• Collect and merge internal and external data and carry out structural, ad hoc analysis and advanced analytics in order to transform data info into useful information to determine the necessary developments and actions on adviseur.nn.nl

You possess great communication skills, are pro-active and show eagerness to continuously learn and improve.

Experience, skills and competencies:

• Appr 2 years' experience in a business oriented IT environment
• Knowledge of the business context in which the product resides
• A master degree in IT, business studies or a comparable study
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, as you'll be working in an international team
• Key competencies besides having excellent analytical skills: change agility, result driven, cooperation, initiative and customer focus

Please note; we are looking for candidates who currently reside in The Netherlands. For this role there is no relocation budget allocated.

Who you will work with

You'll be working in an international team consisting of several DEVOPS teams and UX specialists in an agile environment. You will report into the Product Manager of adviseur.nn.nl who will actively support you in further developing your skills and career.
