Your role
As a Brand Management Intern, you will play a challenging role in supporting our branding efforts across Europe. Working within the brand management team, you'll assist in maintaining consistency and quality across all branding materials and channels. From managing the brand portal to supporting promotional material coordination and event logistics, your role will be dynamic and impactful. You'll be involved in ensuring that all brand-related assets adhere to our guidelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives. In this role, you'll also have the opportunity to research datasets, improve our image library, and develop new promotional materials in collaboration with designers and vendors. You'll support the coordination of brand-related events, from logistics to aligning with branding guidelines. This internship offers a unique chance to immerse yourself in a professional environment while making a significant contribution to our branding efforts. In addition, you will focus on data analysis and reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of our branding initiatives. This includes analyzing web traffic via Google Analytics, with metrics such as lead conversions, page views, and website visits. You will also prepare detailed Excel reports to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and support decision-making. Monitoring the performance of marketing initiatives and presenting data-driven results will also be key components of your responsibilities.

You'll be working within the Spring Europe and Americas marketing team, where we collaborate with countries and markets across Europe, including Germany, France, Spain, the UK, Hungary, Italy, and Central Europe (Poland and the Czech Republic). Our work encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, such as developing and managing European marketing campaigns, optimizing SEO and CRO, and overseeing web development projects.

What you bring
We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and eager to learn. You recognize yourself in the following:
• You are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, business, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on advanced Excel skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite and CMS/DAM systems is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Creativity and analytical thinking to solve branding challenges.
