As a Night receptionist you will create the human connection through unreal technology, powered by innovation.
Job Description:
As a Night Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests during evening and night hours. Your primary responsibilities include:
-Welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
-Responding promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
-Managing reservations and updating the hotel’s booking system.
-Handling administrative tasks, including daily audits and end-of-day reporting.
-Ensuring the security and safety of guests by monitoring the premises and managing emergency situations.
-Preparing for the upcoming day’s operations
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
-Open minded, adopting an optimistic and positive attitude
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficiency in English and Dutch required
-Tech savvy - Comfortable using technology and tools that streamline work
-Want to do the right thing for your guests, colleagues, the community and planet
