What you'll be doing day to day
As Fulfilment integration manager you are;
• Responsible for leading, coaching, developing, and inspiring a high performing Fulfilment Integration team by working closely with Fulfilment Operations team, including communication, flexibility, performance culture, competence development, succession planning, maintaining a work environment which supports equality, diversity and inclusion and well-being.
• Leading fulfilment integration of commercial activations, range changes and operational forecasting in the unit
• Responsible for end-to-end supply, range and unit capacity planning and stock accuracy management in the unit
• Responsible for optimal stock structure by proactively working with store and matrix partners to reduce avoidable stock resulting in healthy capacity utilization and low costs.
• Responsible for unit excellent execution of fulfilment solutions and leading continuous fulfilment process improvements.

Customer Fulfilment (CFF) is a core function within Retail Operations and a fundamental part in making IKEA Omnichannel retailing a reality. We do this by developing and operating replenishment and fulfilment, end-to-end with a process-oriented organization, with radical collaboration to our colleagues within Commercial, Service office and supply partners.
We deliver with a clear focus on people development and sustainable and cost-effective operations. As Fulfilment integration manager you are part of the CFF Unit team, led by the Fulfilment Manager of the unit.

• A gross monthly salary for a 36-38 hour contract within IPE 51,- based on knowledge and experience.
• A 13th month and 8% holiday pay. These will be paid out in December and May as standard, but you can also choose to receive them monthly.
• A collective bonus scheme. This is determined annually and amounts to a maximum of 150% of your gross monthly salary.
• Travel expenses for public transport are reimbursed 100%. Do you live within a radius of 5 to 20 km from the IKEA store? Then you can also opt for a lease bicycle. Are you traveling by car? Then you will receive a travel allowance up to a maximum of 250 euros per month.
• 15% employee discount at all IKEA stores in the Netherlands.
• Various arrangements that suit your personal situation. Think of transition leave and equal (100% paid) birth leave regardless of the composition of your family. You may also exchange the public holidays applicable in the Netherlands with non-Christian holidays. And every store has a quiet/prayer room.
