Lead the Way at IKEA - Seeking an Experienced Product Deviation Leader - a true Problem Pathfinder.

We're seeking a talented Product Deviation Leader to join our Product Deviations Management team.
As a Product Deviation Leader, you will lead activities for high-impact deviations that affect safety, legal compliance and/or IKEA's reputation. Evaluating and classifying alarms related to safety and compliance will be a key part of your role. In addition, you will be on standby to provide urgent on-duty support for critical deviations while preparing and facilitating decisions in Product Risk and Deviation Council meetings, ensuring that risks are escalated to the appropriate stakeholders.
Your responsibilities include contributing to developing and improving Ways of Working, training programs, and tools, mentoring and coaching colleagues to build their competence in deviation processes, and taking part in special assignments in the product risk and compliance area, contributing to the broader scope of product deviations.
The ideal candidate will exhibit leadership with a holistic, customer-first mindset. Your ability to influence and inspire through effective communication and analytical, structured, and entrepreneurial problem-solving skills will be key to your success. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities are also vital.

To succeed in this role, we wish that you are/you have
knowledge of IKEA concept, strategies, and IKEA processes. Very good knowledge of IKEA requirements, standards, and test methods or other international requirements, test methods and standards. Good knowledge of the requirement process, including requirement management and experience from risk assessment/risk management.Experience from legal/regulatory work and product requirement/compliance in an international environment. You live and share the IKEA values, and you have a university degree or work experience in engineering or other relevant area. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
This is a permanent role based in Älmhult.
