Solution architect

The FEC department at Rabobank is looking for an experienced Solution Architect who enjoys working on innovative solutions and who wants to contribute to fighting against financial crime.

You and your job

As a Solution Architect, you are responsible for designing and implementing robust workflow management solutions using Pega. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our systems are efficient, scalable, and secure.

• Design the architecture of the workflow management solutions using Pega.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Ensure the architecture aligns with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Conduct reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably within the financial sector.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Knowledge of financial crime prevention and Pega is a plus.
