At PostNL our business unit "Cross Border Solutions" (CBS) makes it easy for people and businesses to communicate and trade across international boundaries. CBS aims to become the most respected service provider by supporting the cross-border e-commerce market through creative and innovative distribution solutions. In this international business unit we have 13 offices worldwide with 1.200 employees, being agile, customer focused and reliable. CBS serves customers over 190 countries.

Being one of our Data Analysts it is your role to challenge the business and to support with data-driven projects and you will act as a business partner to your stakeholders. This is a more front-end based Data Analyst role, so you will work really closely to the business and once you've built up the business knowledge will start proactively recommending new and better FinCX products. From a domain perspective, this role will focus on the area of Finance and Customer Experience.

In CBS the department called "Business Intelligence & Analytics" (BI&A) provides insights for the entire CBS organization. We aim for the whole of CBS to have the knowledge and tools to be capable to make data driven (fact based) decisions. This BI&A team has 22 members in total. You will become part of the FinCX team where you will have fellow Data and BI Analysts, Data Engineers and a Product Owner.

• A salary between €3.971 and €6.307 gross per month (scale 10/11) based on a 37-hour workweek

As this Data Analyst position is more front-end based you'll bring a strong knowledge of dashboarding, stakeholder management and business acumen - for context; we're not looking for a SQL powerhouse, but rather someone who brings strong personal and people skills. We're looking for seniority, growth mindset, and eagerness to impact the team and culture. Of course with a strong passion for Data Analysis!
In summary you can find yourself in the following background:

• Strong people skills; you're a connector with growth mindset and can bring people together
• At least 3 years' experience in a comparable Data Analyst or Business Analyst position;
• Knowledge in the use of PowerBI or similar tools, basic knowledge of SQL;
• Experience within different projects and products, not only experience within one environment
