As a Club Manager, you are responsible for the overall operation of your club. Your role includes sales, quality control, service, hygiene, and staff management. It is up to you to ensure that, together with your colleagues, targets are met and desired results are achieved. You will manage, coach, and evaluate your team members, lifting the team to a higher level through your dedication and enthusiasm.
Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks such as financial management, budget monitoring, and maintaining up-to-date membership administration.
Most importantly, you create an environment where members love to exercise at TrainMore. You regularly engage with members, keeping them motivated to achieve their fitness goals. Your positive energy and enthusiasm will make a lasting impact!
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire management of the club.
- Handle complaints and provide excellent service to members.
- Maintain the club's condition (hygiene, safety, maintenance, and equipment functionality).
- Oversee and participate in host service.
- Drive monthly targets and ensure club performance.
- Manage all staff-related tasks, including coaching and evaluations.
- Handle all administrative duties, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
