We work closely with CIOs, CTOs, and IT managers, providing strategic, tactical, and operational guidance to optimize their technology landscape. Our projects encompass various areas, including IT Strategy, IT Governance, IT Target Operating Models, IT Operations, IT Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, Data Strategy and Data Governance.

Tasks
Within the Enterprise Architecture team, you will help clients with topics such as analyzing the current state of IT landscapes, defining the future state and creating road maps, guiding Cloud Transformations and setting up an architecture office with functions and governance.
We believe that architecture is a means to reach broader business objectives, including sustainable organizational success. We start with a good understanding of business processes and the underlying business needs. A pragmatic approach to architecture is key: being able to identify quick wins and show value early, in parallel with long-term sustainability.
Among your responsibilities will be to:
- Lead projects focused on: Defining a domain or enterprise architecture target state and roadmaps; Understanding and optimizing legacy landscapes; Defining Cloud Transformation strategies and supporting Cloud migrations; and Setting up an Architecture function & governance
- Manage these projects, including daily client engagement, project planning, and execution, while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
- You are able to shape, prepare and lead workshops with clients.
- Prepare fact-based reports with a compelling storyline, including board-level reporting.
- Manage and daily coaching (senior) consultants, providing guidance, support, and feedback on their work and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and addressing their concerns or challenges.
- Stay updated with relevant emerging technologies, industry trends, best practices, industry standards, regulations, and advancements in IT advisory, sharing knowledge and insights with the team and clients.
Requirements
- A completed Master’s degree
- At least six years of relevant working experience in consulting and domain/enterprise architecture or similar roles
- In-depth understanding of industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends in domain or enterprise architecture
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead and mentor project teams effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex situations and recommend effective solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Expert view (e.g. Thought leadership) on architecture topics and/or tooling and relevant certifications such as TOGAF are a pre
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Located in the Netherlands
