Tasks
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and shipping details.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve delivery issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system accurately.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve our services.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English is essential.
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in the wholesale or import/export industry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cannabis-related products and regulations is a plus.
Benefits
- Annual salary €28000 to €33000 depending on experience.
- 20 days holiday, plus public holidays, plus accrue an extra day per year up to five.
