We are the Process Automation Grid. Our Vision is to turn ABN AMRO into a process automation leader within the Financial Services industry. We will implement a bank-wide Hyperautomation capability combining BPM, RPA, Low-code and cognitive capabilities into one bank wide platform.
Your jobAs a TIBCO Developer you will be working on challenging bespoke solutions for Operations Department and Front Office. The focus of your work will be on Workflow and Case Data development with significant role in Business Analysis, Solution Design and Production Support. The teams are multi-skilled and it's expected, besides development to support and coach the less experienced colleagues and the users of the application. Your job will be to work on supporting the full lifecycle of new and existing applications, follow the latest technologies and promote and take initiative that will lead to Hyperautomation.

Within this Grid, business and IT work together and deliver value for our clients by rationalizing, optimizing and digitizing processes. We are an international and dynamic department that values diversity in skills and background.
Your profileWould you like to start a career at ABN AMRO? Then you have:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in banking sector
- Hands on experience with TIBCO BW, TIBCO AMX BPM 4.x
- Experience with Monitoring, Alerts and configuring Splunk Dashboards
- Knowledge of and experience in the following technologies: Java, Javascript, SQL, Web services (SOAP/REST), JSON, XML, UML
- At least 9 years experience with the relevant technologies
- Certification for Azure Fundamentals
- Certification for TIBCO Business Works 6
- Certification for TIBCO Business Works CE
- Certification for TIBCO BPM 4.x (Good to have)
- Knowledge of and experience in the following development concepts: CICD, DevOps, Agile Scrum
