As an employee at Marlink, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks essential to the smooth operation of the organization. Your daily duties include processing and updating paperwork and systems in a timely manner, following up on equipment returns, and creating RMA documents and pro forma invoices for customers. Additionally, you will respond to both external and internal customer inquiries and ensure appropriate actions are taken.
You will also be responsible for ordering transport for materials with external partners, tracking shipments, and invoicing customers for non-returned equipment. Furthermore, you will ensure that all procedures, such as customs clearance, are followed closely and maintain existing departmental procedures. When necessary, you will assist with other logistics tasks and collaborate with colleagues from different departments to find the best solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with colleagues and contribute to executing logistics return tasks. You will use various portals and web applications to perform your tasks efficiently and support the development of introduced improvements. You will also be involved in administration and invoicing and ensure that systems remain up-to-date and well-maintained.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, for a full-time position of 40 hours per week.
