Your Responsibilities
As a Program Manager, you will lead the implementation of new MSPs and the migration of existing programs. You will oversee all project phases, ensuring clear communication and strong stakeholder management. Your key responsibilities include:
Project Management: Independently develop project plans, monitor progress, and ensure successful delivery.
Governance & Collaboration: Identify necessary resources and align internal and external stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain excellent internal and external communication throughout the process.
Problem-Solving: Utilize strategic insight and expertise to proactively address complex challenges, such as workstream dependencies, integrations, and data migration.
Change Management: Implement changes smoothly, ensuring they contribute to project goals and client satisfaction. Engage all stakeholders in the new way of working and ensure a seamless transition.
Process & Risk Management: Maintain strong risk management, reporting, and optimization of our implementation methodology.
