- To support for Safety and Security matters in the Centre.
- To assist in the compliance of local authority regulations, house rules, and Safety & Security Manual.
- To assist in internal safety checks, tenants' inspection, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
- To assist in monitoring outsource security overall daily operations performance to ensure the duty is carry out in accordance with the job scopes.
- To work with security to oversee and monitor the fire system, access control, CCTV and PA system to ensure in good working order.
- To assist in first response to Centre's emergency and security related incidents, including assist in investigation to gather relevant information and recommend prevention action and counter measure to prevent the similar occurrence.
- To assist in the inspection to emergency equipment to ensure it is always ready to use condition.
- To support in Centre's operational enforcement in ensuring well-coordinated, implemented, and complied by all tenants, co-workers, service providers and contractors.
- To support in management of general amenities and family friendly facilities in the centre such as Family Room, Surau, Playgrounds, Experienced pods and etc.
- To assist in preparing correspondence letters and general Centre's circulars and memorandum.
- To assist in ensuring the centre's cleanliness and hygiene level is kept in optimum standard internally and externally in accordance to effective SOPs and comply with relevant policies and regulations.
- To assist in managing the operation of Recycling & Buy-Back Centre (RBBC) through the appointed outsource vendors.
- To assist in driving Sustainability and CSR projects, in building awareness by engaging co-workers, tenants, visitors and business partners through sustainability programs and training.
- To assist in monitoring day to day car park operational activities.
- To ensure that all parking equipment in good condition.
- To prepare, complete, verify and submit daily, weekly and monthly report.
- To perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time.
Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Environment, Social and Governance, Operations, Sustainability, Safety & Security or any related discipline.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Able to prepare simple report on work completed.
- Computer literate.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations on safety and security related.
