- Minimum hbo (University of professional education) working level, preferably in the area of Industrial Design or Technical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of packaging development experience.
- Knowledge and expertise of packaging materials applied in different formats.
- Expertise in injection moulding and/or bag-in-box packaging is a pre.
- Project management skills to effectively run the packaging development part within a NPD project.
- Good co-operation skills with several levels, both within the organization and outside the organization.
- A real connector and driver, showing a strong affection with packaging development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skill.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and stakeholder management.
