Right now, I´m looking for a Travel & Expense claim Specialist, given the constrained project timeline, to the Accounting department in Älmhult.

The accounting department at IKEA of Sweden support several Inter IKEA companies both within and outside Sweden with Accounting services. You will be a part of the team that provide support related to the Travel & Expense claim (TEC) process to co-workers and are responsible to audit claims and to make sure that all claims are timely and accurately processed and recorded.
The TEC team supports 8 companies in Sweden and 8 companies across Europe, India, and the USA. We work to guarantee that transactions are compliant with legal regulations, accounting group guidelines, and from an internal control perspective.
As Travel & Expense Claim Specialist
you work close to the other team members and your main tasks and responsibilities are to give timely and clear support related to the Travel & Expense claim (TEC) process. Process and audit of Travel & Expense claims in an efficient and compliant way, and to be responsible for credit card administration and supportTo be successful in this role
you need to be curious and open to new ways of working and strive to improve processes. Accurate, organized, and have an attention to details. Service minded and communicative in a clear and simple way. We want you to be structured and to have the ability to prioritize to complete your tasks efficiently.We believe that you have knowledge within Swedish Accounting- and VAT legislation and practice. You also need to have knowledge in Swedish and English, both writing and speech. Other languages can be seen as an advantage in this role. Knowledge in Microsoft office, Excel, and experience from working with financial systems is also needed for the role.
As a person you are positive and a team player that enjoy working together with others to develop the accounting processes, striving for excellence, continuous improvements and more efficient ways of working.
