Imagine playing an essential role in digitising the Wholesale Credit Approval and Engagement process. As the Product Manager Credit and Engagement (C&E) you can make a difference by setting up the squad's strategy, defining a view on the future steps and the end state design of the credit and engagement process taking into consideration risk/business requirements, inter-area/tribe strategy and innovation.

The purpose of the C&E squad Wholesale is to design, develop and implement a best in class Wholesale credit approval and engagement process further building on the ARROW workflow and ensuring a seamless journey for our client facing staff. The Product Manager C&E Wholesale is responsible for achieving this purpose by:
- Developing a product vision, storyline, and strategy on operational, tactical, and strategic levels in close cooperation with the Area Lead and Product Managers of related squads, while monitoring the development of digitization, innovation, and cost objectives;
- Steering the design process together with the architects and IT lead by ensuring all business and risk requirements are taken into consideration and setting the right priorities;
- Actively seeking alignment and building strong partnerships with the regions, Risk, Business, Operations, and Compliance, using stakeholder management to drive change, being the voice of the squad for stakeholders to ensure all multifunctional colleagues are available for optimal performance, and aligning with and advising IT partners in managing the software solution and vendor selection process;
- Being the specialist on the credit approval lanes concept, understanding the syntax and being able to explain the solution to relevant stakeholders;
- Ensuring the delivery and continuous improvement of the required IT solution by owning the backlog, setting priorities, and creating short- and long-term plans in close cooperation with the lead BA and key stakeholders such as Global Heads of the Wholesale business lines and Risk;
- Setting priorities within the squad, taking into account the E2E objectives of the Area, and achieving the squad's KPIs.

Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. The Product Manager C&E serves the Tribe W&R Financing and ultimately our Rabobank Wholesale (and large Rural) clients.
The Financing Tribe Lead has the full accountability for the run, change and win-agenda for our engagement and credit approval selection solution. That includes being compliant and in control for running the operations, determining the priorities of the technology and digital agenda and determining the product strategy together with the various stakeholders such as Global Product Heads and Risk.
With you the size of the squad Credit Application Wholesale is currently about 8 FTE.
You and your talent
- You are an strategic thinker with a Master's degree;
- Front Office and Credit experience within Wholesale or Corporate Banking;
- You have a good understanding of CLR, Finance, and IT processes and procedures;
- You have a challenger mindset and the passion to inspire high-performing teams and drive continuous improvement;
- You actively engage with both internal and external partners;
- You are skilled in Agile methodologies and have an affinity for IT simplification and security, and you stay updated on the latest market developments, digitization, robotics, and high-tech advancements;
- You can effectively operate in complex decision-making environments with various (global) stakeholders.
