Job Description
Position: Credit Risk Data Steward
Location: Rabobank Utrecht
Start: As soon as possible
Duration: 3 months (with possible extension)
Employment Type: No self-employment/ZZP
Language: English (knowledge of Dutch is not required)
Residency: Candidate must live in The Netherlands
Office Days: 1 fixed office day per week, probably Wednesday
Hours: 36 hours per week

Responsibilities
Upon the moment a system is live, you shall support with executing data processes & controls to ensure that data is being managed appropriately. You'll develop the principles for implementing the solution that complies with the latest policy guidelines related to data management & data quality in particular. You'll need to have the skills and personality to act as an advisor and lead the way for your colleagues and guide them towards the goals you have agreed to achieve. You manage stakeholders within a network of people with accountabilities for ensuring that all aspects of an effective data environment are being accomplished. You will tackle various data related issues and you will work on global and cross functional change projects to improve our processes and systems. Experience with Collibra is a plus.
Requirements
• Experience with implementing key data management principles as a data steward required. The assignment contributes to ensuring compliancy with BCBS329
• Hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
• Possess at least 3 years of relevant banking experience within the financial industries sector (preferably within the Credit Risk domain)
• Have hands-on data management experience
• Familiar working with Collibra application
• Are IT Savvy and have work experience working together with Technical Developers and IT / Solution Architects
• Have strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written
• Have strong analytical and conceptual skills (databases, data warehouses and SQL)
• Have the ability to present solutions and provide clear documentation of all steps
Additional Information
• All departments are working hybrid
• Suppliers must be aware of the laws and regulations regarding employment conditions and Rabobank's Collective Labour Agreement. This assignment is placed in scale 10
