The Role: Social Advertising Specialist
As a specialist, you will be responsible for:- Developing and managing global social media campaigns.
- Collaborating with local teams to understand and integrate cultural nuances.
- Optimizing campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Challenging stakeholders with your communication skills and expertise.
- Measuring and reporting campaign results to drive continuous improvement.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with social advertising campaigns.
- Experience working in international markets and understanding cultural differences.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proven experience managing large budgets and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor's or Master's level thinking and skills.
- Passion for online marketing, especially social advertising.
- Experience with tools like Meta Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, and proactive.
- Independent yet a great team player.
