Housing & Employee Coordinator - Employee Champion

As Housing & Employee Coordinator - our Employee Champion - you are the key figure in our organization. You are the first friendly face our employees see, whether they're from abroad or local, their go-to person and trusted guide. While primarily focusing on our international workforce, you ensure all new employees get off to a great start. You guide them from arrival through their first working day, while also managing housing for our international employees. Are you an experienced facility manager, coordinator, hospitality professional, or property manager who enjoys working with people? Do you have experience as a residential supervisor or in a coordinating role? Then we are looking for you!

Over de functie

• Coordinate housing for our international employees.
• Conduct housing inspections and ensure proper registration.
• Handle minor maintenance work and engage external parties when needed.
• Pick up and guide new employees upon arrival in the Netherlands.
• Provide introductions and guide employees to training.
• Ensure a warm welcome and smooth start on the first working day.
• Professionally guide employees during their first day at clients.

• You have excellent communication skills.

• You are practically minded.
• You have a proactive attitude and work independently
• You are professional in appearance and attitude
• You preferably have experience as a facility manager, residential supervisor, property manager, or in a similar role
• You have a valid driver's license B
• You are proficient in English
