Driven by this commitment, the Credits Lifecycle Grid department is digitising customer data and implementing a new bank assisted lending workflow. We are simplifying and streamlining processes using the banking platform nCino, allowing us to enhance the customer experience and improve identification of our customers' risks.
As Business Consultant in the nCino Support Team, you have a big role to play in this. You will be the voice of the user, understand the challenges within the business regarding new ways of working and befirst point of contact to provide support. You will closely work with the business to understand the business calendar, address potential impacts and translate the needs of our business to your colleagues within the Grid. You have an important stake in the adoption of the renewed lending landscape by:
- Being the voice of the user in the Grid & the change program BALCOL (Bank Assisted Lending & Collateral), manage business sentiment and enable adoption
- Understand business challenges and how that pertains to nCino
- Building sense of community and network
- Being the first point of contact for all users to resolve issues or provide guidance
- Working with users to understand business calendar and address potential impacts
- Supporting users in addressing issues (via ServiceNow) and enable quick issue resolution by liasing with issue resolution teams where necessary
You will cover all business areas with greater attention to Lending and with a first focus on the nCino users withing Corporate Banking departments, such as Financing Solution, Financial Restructuring & Recovery and Credit Risk.
You will work in the Credits Lifecycle Grid department and work closely with colleagues from issue resolution teams within the Grid. We are looking for someone who is passionate about proactively supporting our end-users on improving nCino adoption and to give guidance to users on the short- and long term.
As business consultant, you easily make connections and effortlessly substantiate your analyses in accessible language. You recognise the needs and questions of our end-users and are capable to translate these by supporting the users in the new way of working and/ or into the right follow up actions towards issue resolution teams. You enjoy passing on your experience and knowledge to your colleagues.
Job Requirements
- A relevant college or university degree
- 3-5+ years of business, business consultancy experience in the banking or credit sector
- Service-oriented mind-set with the ability to give guidance to improve the change and nCino adoption
- The desire to mentor and coach colleagues.
- The desire to contribute to a future-proof, sustainable credit system
- Knowledge of nCino system is a plus, but willingness to learn is necessary
- Self-start with a critical look and positive attitude
- The gross monthly salary (min. Eur. 4.466 - max. Eur. 6.380) is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. A 40-hour work week is also possible. Salary determination and salary level is based on the knowledge, experience and potential you bring.
- The benefit budget is 11% of your salary. If you do not make any purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a month, you will be paid a twelfth part of your benefit budget for that month.
- Five weeks of vacation a year. You have the option to buy extra four weeks a year.
- Personal Development Budget of € 1,000 per year. You can save this amount up to € 3,000,-.
- Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
- An annual public transport subscription with free public transport throughout the Netherlands.
