• A sharp eye for the commercial aspects of the role.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Together with your team on the shop floor, you focus on putting the customer first in everything you do.
• You act quickly on commercial opportunities and take full responsibility for ensuring your area is in excellent shape.
• Ensure correct operational process to secure food safety, product availability, food stock management.
• You support your team and set a good example every day.
