Are you accurate, eager to learn and looking for a unique job in the agricultural sector? We are looking for several pollinators to strengthen our team in Naaldwijk. Do you like working with plants and are you flexible? Then this is the perfect opportunity for you! Good work!As a pollinator, you are an important link in the development of new crops. Your duties include:
- Manually pollinate and cross-pollinate plants.
- Emasculating and processing plants and seeds.
- Accurately recording and checking data.
- Working with fine motor skills and a lot of concentration.
- Cooperating with colleagues and flexibly responding to plant growth.
📍 Location: Naaldwijk
⏰ Hours: 38 hours per week
🕒 Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00/07:30 - 16:00
🌡 Work environment: greenhouse (20-25°C)

- Salary: €15.87 per hour + CLA increases and bonuses.
- Overtime bonuses up to 200%.
- Travel allowance: €0,23 per km (from 5 km).
