Your Role in the Organization

Our Beringe campus comprises 5 sites, all dedicated to customers in the Technology sector. As a Team Leader, you will be assigned to one of these sites, specifically serving our client, HP. You will oversee a team of 15 to 20 operators and report directly to the Shift Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Your focus will be on managing the team, and the shift managers and communication. You will regularly liaise with fellow Team Leaders about developments during the day, but also overall development of the team and your people. Another focus is managing expectations of the customer, gain insight into which processes are running smoothly, and identify where the bottlenecks are.

Additionally, your tasks include:

• Organizing and Coaching: Inspire and guide your team members to fulfill their ambitions, conduct performance reviews, and support absentee and reintegration conversations;
• People planning: Ensure optimal staffing, schedule training, and maintain accurate timesheets and personnel records;
• Training: Make sure you train your people, explain them and lead by example;
• Improvement: If you see new opportunities within the process, you can discuss this with the shift manager and business process manager. Continuous improvement must be in your focus.
• Safety: Ensuring safety standards on the floor.
• Celebrating successes with your team when customer expectations are exceeded.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Logistics.
• You bring a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus;
• Confidence, resilience, and the capability to lead under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Warehouse Management Systems for reporting and analysis.
