Are you a driven and passionate recruiter with commercial agency experience looking to make an impact on the inside of a dynamic corporate environment? Do you have a flair for recruitment marketing and love attracting top talent? We're looking for a (junior) Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team and help us build an exceptional workforce!
You will use your agency recruitment experience to identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates across a variety of roles within our organization. In this role, you will be partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, company culture, and team dynamics to find the perfect candidates for us to hire. You know how to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for candidates from initial contact to final offer, and you know how to keep engaging your key stakeholders by keeping them involved and up to date about your running campaigns and the recruiting pipelines. Using recruitment metrics and analytics to drive improvements in the recruitment process is what we need to do more, to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. That's where you also can help refining and enhancing our recruitment strategies, sharing insights on market trends, and contributing fresh ideas to enhance the overall hiring process. As part of the international (Benelux) team, you will work on innovative campaigns, social media outreach, and employer branding initiatives to make MediaMarkt Benelux stand out in a competitive market.

Who are you?
As a (Junior) Corporate Recruiter with a strong commercial recruitment background and a keen interest in recruitment marketing, you will be pivotal in driving our talent acquisition strategy. You'll work alongside an energetic HR team counting over 20 professionals to bring in the best talent, implement creative recruitment marketing campaigns, and contribute to building a positive employer brand that attracts top-tier candidates for both our stores and HQ in Rotterdam (Netherlands) and Strombeek Bever (Belgium).
Your profile should look something like this:
- You're excellent communicator in Dutch and English.
- Having some experience in working in a commercial agency environment, where you've successfully filled various positions and built a strong talent pipeline would be fantastic.
- Being passionate about using social media, employer branding, and digital strategies to attract the right talent.
- You enjoy creating eye-catching job ads and campaigns.
- To engage candidates and stakeholders with ease, crafting compelling stories and clear messages is your second nature.
- Comfortable using SAP SuccessFactors (myRecruiting) and social media and platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed to source candidates and promote the MediaMarkt Benelux employer brand.
- You're good at managing multiple roles and deadlines, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Being full of positive energy, collaborative and enjoy being part of a dynamic, skilled and professional team.
