Product manager analytics platform

As Product Manager Analytics Platform, you are responsible for the delivery of platforms that support advanced analytics teams. You will lead part of our One!Lab platform and multi-disciplinary teams of Platform Engineers, ML Engineers, and Business Analysts.

You and Your Job

As Product Manager Analytics Platform, you play a critical role in ensuring that Rabobank can deliver on its ambition to become a data-driven enterprise. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is ready to further scale up and support the growing user base of our cloud-based Research & Development Platform: One!Lab. You ensure that the One!Lab Platform supports the enterprise-wide user group and evolves with our users' needs. With a foundation of solid communication and organizational skills, you lead Squads in the day-to-day delivery of our platform, including prioritization of the product backlog, managing risks, dependencies, and timelines.

• Oversee the scale-up phase of our OneLab Platform
• Engage with the enterprise-wide user group of our Analytics Platform
• Prioritize your backlog, conduct stand-ups, and plan sprints with your squad

• Be curious, build relationships, and translate business needs into a Lab Environment that our users love and our business needs
• Prioritize your backlog, manage stakeholders, associated risks, dependencies, and timelines
• Guide your squads in the continuous delivery and operation of a complex cloud-based Platform

You and Your Talent

• You have at least 5 or more years of experience working as a product manager.
• You have a proven track record in building Data & Analytics solutions or (Cloud) Platforms.
• You have experience leading Data & Analytics teams and tech products, coaching others, sharing knowledge, and implementing best practices.
• You are naturally curious and experienced in collaborating with users.
• You have a passion for innovation.
• You communicate effectively in English (both spoken and written).
• You have an affinity for and tendency to interact with (new) technologies.
• You have a solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices, with working experience in scaled Agile/Scrum environments.
