You and Your Job:

As an HR Intern, you will complete tasks and projects associated with each area within the Human Resources function: recruiting and onboarding, talent and learning development, HR operations and analytics, compensation, benefits and payroll. The variety of assignments provides an opportunity for you to positively impact the entire employee journey.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and create internal and external communications to support HR processes and optimize the candidate and/or employee experience
• Assist with talent attraction and onboarding to ensure adherence with regulatory and organizational requirements
• Work with people analytics and assist in reporting and trend analysis
• Contribute to the employee Learning & Development cycle (plan, design, facilitate, measure)
• Plan and execute an employee event
• Answer employee questions and educate the employees on available resources
• Help with additional general HR projects and tasks

Your Promise to Us:

To be considered for the Human Resources Intern role, you must:

• Be currently enrolled as full time student in a college or university pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration or a similar field.
• Have an expected graduation date of December 2025 or later.
• Have experience working in groups/with a team to complete an assignment or task.
