Legal Secretary / Senior Business Administrative Support

Your Team
Based in the Shared Service Center in Maastricht (The Netherlands), we offer tax and accounting compliance for the BENELUX region. Our dynamic environment, influenced by evolving legislation, increasing audit focus, internal projects, and a fast-growing multinational group, ensures every day is fascinating!
As part of the 'Tax Compliance and Accounting Services Europe' team, you will in close collaboration with local management be involved in legal-related processes with a mission to drive cross-functional collaboration and to manage and improve legal compliance.
Job Purpose
You will provide accurate day-to-day administrative support to local management, ensuring legal compliance with established standards, processes, and applicable laws and regulations.
Key Tasks
- Provide administrative support related to legal documents and processes.
- Organize and file legal documents and materials for easy access and retrieval while maintaining confidentiality and privacy.
- Interact with colleagues from the business, the DHL legal team, Notary offices, and DHL Corporate Center (finance & legal).
- Serve as the point of contact for legal colleagues in DHL offices worldwide regarding resolutions, powers of attorney, and other legal documentation.
Qualifications
At least 2-3 years of previous legal secretarial / business administration experience.
Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level; Dutch as a first or second language is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
